摘  要:基于南堡油田浅层天然水驱油藏高含水期油井堵水的需要,开展了氮气泡沫控水稳油技术研究。通过室内实验,从6种发泡剂及3种稳泡剂中优选出适合南堡油田浅层油藏堵水的泡沫体系及最佳配方为0.3%HPAM+0.6%SDS,针对目的层该泡沫体系具有较强配伍性、遇油消泡及抗老化性能。同时开展矿场试验33井次,成功率78.8%,累计增油9 428t,增油效果显著,表明该项技术在油井高含水开发后期可以有效达到控水稳油目的。Shallow natural water flooding reservoir in Nanpu oilfield is in high water cut stage,and water control is needed for the reservoir.Some studies on nitrogen foam technology have been carried out.Through the experiment,the foam system and the best formula suitable for water control are optimized from 6 kinds of foaming agents and 3 kinds of foam stabilizer 0.3% HPAM+0.6% SDS.The foam system has strong compatibility,oil defoaming and aging resistance.The field test has been carried out in 33 wells,the success rate is 78.8%,cumulative incremental oil production is 9 428 t,the effect of oil increasing is remarkable.It shows that the technology can effectively control the water and stabilize the oil in the late stage of high water cut.
