摘  要:本文针对萘系减水剂和BF高效减水剂这两类矿山常用减水剂,通过分析减水剂添加方式与种类对料浆流变性能的影响,研究了减水剂在充填料浆流动过程中的作用。试验结果表明采用后掺法添加减水剂配得的料浆流动性相对较好,添加减水剂后的分级尾砂料浆流动性显著提高,相同条件下,料浆屈服应力与表观黏度均有所下降。相比于BF高效减水剂,萘系减水剂对于某铜矿充填料浆的作用效果明显,更有利改善料浆的流动性能。In this paper,two types of commonly used mining water reducing agent were concerned,including naphthalene superplasticizer and BF high efficiency water reducing agent.Through the analysis of the influence of adding way and kinds of water reducing agent on slurry rheological properties,the effect of water reducing agent was studied in the flow process of the filling slurry.Experimental results show that the later mixed method for adding water reducing agent benefitted slurry liquidity,and the liquidity increased significantly when adding water reducing agent to grading backfilling slurry.On the same condition,the yield stress and apparent viscosity of the slurry were dropped.Compared with BF high efficiency water reducing agent,naphthalene superplasticizer had obvious effect on the filling slurry of a copper mine,which is more favorable to improve the flow performance of slurry.
