摘 要:采用简单、高效的微波辅助溶剂热法,以四水合乙酸钴或六水合氯化钴作为钴源,通过控制原料组成及反应溶剂的种类,首先制备得到不同系列前驱体,然后将前躯体在空气中煅烧处理,成功合成了具有不同维度的形貌可控的Co_3O_4微纳结构(微米花、纳米片、纳米颗粒、纳米棒、纳米立方块).此外,我们还探讨了反应温度、反应时间以及PVP、尿素等因素对产物形貌的影响,并探究了几种产物的生长机理.采用XRD,SEM及TEM技术对获得产物的结构和形貌进行表征.结果表明,实验过程中添加的不同种类的金属盐、醇类溶剂及形貌调控剂,对产物的最终形貌和尺寸起到非常重要的调控作用.Co3O4 micro-nano structures are prepared by the facile microwave-assisted solvothermal method and subsequent calcination. By changing the composition of raw materials,reaction temperature and reaction solvents,different kinds of precursors with various morphologies are obtained. After annealing,the Co3O4 micro-nano structures with different dimensionality and morphologies including microflowers,nanosheets,nanoparticles,nanorods and nanocubes are obtained. Besides,the effects of various reaction factors containing reaction temperature,reaction time,PVP and urea are investigated. The related growth mechanisms of several precursors are also discussed. The structure and morphology of as-prepared samples are characterized by XRD,SEM,and TEM techniques. The results show that all of the alcohols solvents,metal salts and urea play important roles in the morphology and size control of Co3O4.
