摘 要:随着《铅蓄电池行业规范条件》的出台,越来越多的企业采用自动铸焊的方式进行板耳与汇流排的焊接。为了确保铸焊的效果,在设备投入使用前,需要确认各个温度参数设定值与实测值的差别,并严格控制个温度参数的波动范围。并且,可为不同的自动铸焊机设置不同的参数,而且参数确定后,自动铸焊机与所配套使用的模具最好能做到一一对应,不随意更换。如果需要更换,建议重新验证原参数是否适合,以避免不同模具之间的差异对焊接效果带来的不良影响。With the release of standard conditions for lead-acid battery industry, the plate lug and strap are welded increasingly by using the automatic casting method. In order to ensure the effect of casting, it is necessary to confirm the temperature difference between the setting value and the actual value before the machine is put into use, and strictly control the temperature fluctuation range during the production process. Different parameters can be set for different automatic casting machines, and after the parameter is confirmed, the automatic casting machine can be matched with the used mould, and it is not changed at will. If replacement is required, it is suggested that the original parameters should be verified to avoid the adverse effects of the differences between different molds on the caston strap effect.
