摘  要:为预测电子商务企业用户信誉,预防网络突发事件,研究了基于用户行为的信誉预测平台。根据节点群聚系数和边权度量电子商务中的购物关系,建立信誉度量指标,定量刻画其统计特性和演化机制。基于用户行为的信誉预测平台实现了不同指标维度下的模型评价结果,最终以可视化信息系统形式展示项目成果,为企业决策提供技术支持。In order to predict the credibility of e-commerce enterprises and provide help for network emergencies,a reputation forecasting platform based on user behavior is put forward because of the widespread lack of credibility and lack of trust in ecommerce enterprises.According to the clustering coefficient and edge weight of the node,the shopping relationship in the electronic commerce is measured,the reputation measure is established,the statistical characteristics and the evolution mechanism are quantitatively quantified,and the realization of the reputation forecasting platform is described through the system analysis,system design and system function realization.The reputation forecasting platform based on user behavior realizes the model evaluation results under different index dimensions,and finally displays the project results in the form of visual information system,and makes technical support for the future decision of enterprises.
