摘　　要：针对大唐国际水电站水工管理的现状,通过强化水工技术监督工作,创新工作方法和工作内容,加强电力企业内部管控,全面提升水工管理水平,保证水电站安全、可靠、经济、环保运行。In view of the current situation of hydraulic management of Datang＇s hydropower station, a se-ries of measures have been taken, such as strengthening hydraulic technology supervision, innovativework methods and content, and enhancing the internal management and control of enterprises. Thesemeasures are conducive to improve the hydraulic management level and ensure the safe, reliable, eco-nomical and environment-friendly operation of the hydropower station.
