关中平原城市群经济金融发展情况研究

摘　　要：2018年1月9日,国务院正式批准《关中平原城市群发展规划》,提出了培育发展关中平原城市群,发挥其承东启西、联接南北的区位优势,推动全国经济增长和市场空间由东向西、由南向北拓展,纵深推进西部大开发和"一带一路"建设,进一步引领和支撑西北地区开发开放的发展蓝图。本文在对关中平原城市群经济金融发展数据进行深入分析的基础上,客观分析了目前该城市群经济金融发展中存在的优势与挑战,并从金融角度,就建立经济金融统计制度、加强区域经济交流合作、实施金融协同发展战略等方面提出政策建议。On January 9th 2018,the State Council approved the Development Plan for the Urban Agglomeration of Guanzhong Plain formally.The plan puts forward a blueprint including fostering and developing the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong plain to bring its geographical superiority in linking eastern and western regions as well as connecting northern and southern regions,promoting the national economic growth and market space to extend from the east to the west and from the south to the north,pushing forward the western development strategy and the＂ Belt and Road＂ construction,and further leading and supporting the development of the northwest.The paper analyzes advantages and challenges objectively based on the economic and financial data of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong plain.From the financial perspective,the paper offers several proposals such as setting up the statistical system of economic and finance,strengthening regional economic communication and cooperation,and implementing financial synergetic development strategy.
