低碳经济视角下湖南省可持续发展模式研究

摘　　要：为应对当前环境的不断恶化以及资源的浪费严重现象,各国对于低碳经济的发展日益关注。发展低碳经济是优化本国资源环境、维持经济可持续发展的必要举措。本文从世界先进的低碳经济发展理念出发,立足于湖南省资源环境以及经济的发展现状,提出倡导节能减排的理念、优化产业结构模式升级、创建高效的新体系、提升低碳技术的创新能力以及强化低碳经济的资金保障等优化途径来实现湖南省的经济可持续发展。In order to cope with the deterioration of the environment and the serious waste of resources,countries are increasingly concerned about the development of low carbon economy. The development of low carbon economy is a necessary measure to optimize the resources and environment of the country and maintain the sustainable development of the economy. In this paper the development of the world＇s advanced concept of low carbon economy development,based on the current situation of resource environment and the economy in Hunan province,was put forward the idea of promoting energy conservation,optimize the industrial structure upgrading,create new efficient system and the promotion of low-carbon technology innovation ability and strengthen the low carbon economy such as funding channels to achieve the optimization Hunan province＇s economic sustainable development.
