摘　　要：目的探讨miR-181b-5p在食管癌患者外周血中表达水平的变化,评价其在食管癌患者的诊断和预后评估的临床意义。方法收集34例食管癌患者和26名健康志愿者全血标本,分为食管癌组和正常对照组;对白细胞总RNA的miRNA芯片结果进行分析;筛选单一miRNA候选指标并用RT-q PCR法进行验证。结果与正常对照组相,比食管癌组miR-181b-5p表达水平下调。结论 miR-181b-5p在食管癌中表达下调,可能与食管癌的发生、发展相关。Objective To investigate the expression of miR-181 b-5 p in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer and to develop a guidance for the diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal cancer. Methods Blood samples were collected from 34 cases of esophageal cancer and 26 cases of healthy volunteers. The single candidate miRNA from WBC was selected by RNA miRNAs chip screening analysis.Then the expression of the candidate miRNA was detected by RT-q PCR.Results Compares with the normal group,the expression of miR-181 b-5 p was down-regulated in esophageal cancer group. Conclusions The expression of miR-181 b-5 p in esophageal cancer is down regulated,which may be related to the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
