体外受精D2/D3优质单胚胎移植的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中D2/D3优质单胚胎移植的临床结局。方法回顾性分析我院生殖中心244个IVF-ET新鲜优质单胚胎移植周期。按移植时间不同分为体外受精第2天(D2)移植组和第3天(D3)移植组,比较两组的临床妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率、活产率。结果临床妊娠率D3移植组较D2移植组高,流产率、异位妊娠率D3移植组低于D2移植组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);活产率D3移植组高于D2移植组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论移植D3优质单胚胎优于移植D2优质单胚胎。Objective To investigate the effects of different transplantation time on the clinical outcomes of high quality single embryo transplantation. Methods A retrospective analysis of transplantation cycles about 244 in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（ IVF-ET） fresh high quality single embryo of reproductive center in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University was carried out. The cycles were divided into the second day group（ D2） and the third day group（ D3） according to the transplantation time. The clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and live birth rate were compared between two groups. Results The clinical pregnancy rate of D3 group was higher than that of D2 group（ P〈0. 05）. The abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate of D3 group were lower than those of D2 group（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no statistical difference in live birth rate between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion D3 embryos are more suitable for transplantation than D2 embryos.
