摘  要:采用"一测多评"法快速测定青阳参药材中对羟基苯乙酮(A),2,5-二羟基苯乙酮(B),2,4-二羟基苯乙酮(C)的含量。以青阳参中3个苯乙酮类成分为指标,通过采用UPLC方法测得校正因子fA/fB=2.716,fA/fC=1.289,实现一测多评,且校正因子精密度和重复性良好。建立的方法可用于青阳参药材中苯乙酮类成分的质量评价,结果稳定方法可靠。A method of quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker(QAMS) was used to rapidly determine the contents of three kinds of acetophenone,including p-hydroxyacetophenone(A),2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone(B) and 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone(C). In addition,the practicability and applicability of the method were also examined. Taking acetophenone in C. otophyllum as the index component,a method of UPLC was used to measure and ensure the relative correlation factors(f) between A and B(denoted as fA/fB),A and C(denoted as fA/fC),achieving the objective of QAMS,i. e. : fA/fBand fA/fCwere 2. 716 and 1. 289,respectively. Results revealed that both the two factors were good in reproducibility and precision. QAMS was a stable and reliable method.Thus,it could be used to evaluate the quality of acetophenone in C. otophyllum.
