摘  要:目的比较分析不同种营养支持途径对ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的治疗效果。方法本文所选80例ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎患者均为本院2015年2月~2017年1月所收治,随机将全部患者分成两组,对照组和实验组均为40例;对照组患者选择肠外营养支持,实验组患者选择肠内营养支持,观察比较治疗效果。结果两组患者入组时的血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者入组第7天的各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的营养达标时间、机械通气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),而在ICU入住时间和住院时间方面,对照组和实验组比较差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎患者提供肠内营养支持治疗,能对其营养状况进行显著改善,让其机械通气时间显著缩短。Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of different nutritional support pathways on patients with ICU ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods 80 patients with ICU ventilator associated pneumonia, admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017,were selected as study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in the control group and the experimental group respectively. In the control group, the patients were conducted with the support of enteral nutrition, while the patients in the experimental group were carried out enteral nutrition support.Then we observe and compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results There no statistical significance in the serum albumin, serum albumin, hemoglobin level between two groups patients(P 〉 0.05).All indicators of the experimental group after being into the group for 7 days were significantly better than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05); The therapeutic time and mechanical ventilation time of experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05), while in the ICU stay time and hospitalization time, there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P〉 0.05). Conclusion By provide enteral nutrition support treatment for patients with ICU ventilator associated pneumonia, the nutritional status of the patients can be significantly improved, and their mechanical ventilation time is significantly shortened.
