大学生就业成本与收益状况实证研究——基于山西省三所省属高校有效样本分析

摘　　要：随着高等教育入学率的提高,高校毕业生的就业形势越来越严峻,大学生为就业所付出的成本也越来越高。为了解大学生就业成本与收益之间的真实情况,本研究通过对山西省高校毕业生进行抽样调查,深入分析就业成本的结构以及与收益的相关性。调查表明,就业成本与收益之间存在弱相关性,成本的投入对收益有一定影响,但影响较弱。影响就业收益的因素较为复杂,家庭背景与个人因素是重要的影响因素。With increasing enrollment in higher education,the employment situation of college graduates more and more severe,the cost of college students paid for jobs have become more sophisticated. In order to understand the real situation between employment costs and benefits of college students,this study sample survey of college graduates in Shanxi Province,in-depth analysis of the structure of employment costs and the correlation with income. The survey shows that there is a weak correlation between employment costs and benefits. The investment in costs will have a certain impact on earnings,but the impact will be weak. The factors affecting the employment income are more complex,and family background and personal factors are important influencing factors.
