摘 要:基准电压源是模拟电路中的重要组成部分,它要求与电源和温度的关系尽量小,其性能好坏直接影响到整个电路的稳定性。本文对常用的带隙基准电压进行了简单的原理阐述,核心是用一个PTAT(与绝对温度成比例)电路的正温度相关性抵消一个pn结的负温度相关性。采用CSMC0.5um工艺对电路进行设计,并通过Cadence仿真对参数进行调整。最后得到电源电压变化范围为2.7V^5.5V,温度变化范围为-20oC^100oC时,带隙基准电压源正符合它的特性,输出几乎与温度无关,与电源电压无关。The reference voltage source is an important part of the analog circuit, it requires the relationship with power and temperature as low as possible, its performance directly affects the stability of the whole circuit. This paper elaborates the simple principle of the bandgap reference voltage is used, the core is a PTAT(proportional to absolute temperature) positive temperature the correlation cancellation circuit of a PN node negative temperature dependence. Using CSMC0.5 um technology to design the circuit, and through Cadence simulation to adjust the parameters. The change of the power supply voltage range of 2.7 V^5.5 V, the temperature range of-20 oC ~100 oC, bandgap reference voltage source is in line with its characteristics, the output is almost independent of temperature, independent of the supply voltage.
