摘　　要：本文主要研究影响水性Pu性能的因素，通过SiO2改性前后对水性Pu溶液和水性PU膜进行各项性能测试来研究其各项物理性能。将SiO2改性前后的水性Pu溶液分成两大 纽，然后调配出浓度为100g／L、110g／L、120g／L的水性Pu溶液，并测试其粘度和表面张力；然后将溶液分别在25℃、50℃和80℃下成膜，并测试其接触角、透湿性、吸水 率、机械拉伸、红外分析和热重。结果显示，经过SiO2改性之后的水性Pu在物理性能上有了很大的改善，首先是溶液的表面张力变膜的表面性能改善，透湿性增强，吸水性下降了水性Pu的耐热性。再次是膜的测试反映出SiO2的改性使得拉伸性能得到很高的改善，同时提高了水性Pu的耐热性。In this paper, the factors influencing the properties of waterborne polyurethane were studied. The physical properties of aqueous polyurethane solution and waterborne polyurethane film were studied by testing the properties of the aqueous polyurethane solution before and after the modification of silica. The aqueous polyurethane solution before and after the modification of silica was divided into two groups. Then we prepared a water based polyurethane solution with a concentration of 100g/L, 110 g/L, and measured its viscosity and surface tension, and then we formed films at 25~ 50~ and 80~ and measured the contact angle, moisture permeability, water absorption, mechanical stretching. Infrared analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that modified by silica. The physical properties of the waterborne polyurethane have been greatly improved since then. Firstly, the surface tension of the solution has become smaller. Again, the test of the film shows that the modification of silica has improved the surface properties of the film, enhanced its moisture permeability, and decreased its water absorption. The tensile properties were improved greatly and the heat resistance of waterborne polyurethane was improved.
