摘  要:为研究板底脱空修补处压浆材料的使用寿命,分别选取有机类和无机类压浆材料,应力比控制为0.7,养护龄期为28 d。研究了不同环境条件下不同类别压浆材料的使用寿命变化规律。试验结果表明:经过盐损害后,无机材料使用寿命降幅最大为50%,而有机材料使用寿命降幅最大为70%,这表明在盐渍地区无机材料的使用寿命较有机材料更为稳定;温度每下降1℃,有机材料寿命损失3.0%;而无机材料的寿命损失5.0%。在实际工程中,如当地环境较为正常且稳定,宜采用有机材料,如当地环境冻融盐分较为常见时,宜采用无机材料。In order to study the service life of the grouting material at the bottom of the slab,the organic and inorganic self compensation grouting materials were selected respectively.The stress ratio was 0.7,and the curing age was 28 d.The variation law of service life of different types of self compensating grouting materials under different environmental conditions was studied.The results show that the damage of salt,inorganic material life is the largest decline in 50%,while the organic material life is the largest decline in 70%,which indicates that in the saline soil area of inorganic materials over the life of the organic material is more stable.Every drop temperature 1 ℃,organic material life and the loss of 3% inorganic materials,loss of life 5%.In practical projects,such as the local environment is relatively normal and stable,it is appropriate to use organic materials,such as the local environment of freezing and thawing salt is more common,it is appropriate to use inorganic materials.
