摘 要:内蒙古中西部地区的道路桥梁等基础设施,由于长期遭受风沙颗粒介质的冲击磨损而严重影响了其耐久性和安全性。采用冲击球压法对不同水泥基材料进行垂直冲击损伤试验,分析了不同水泥基材料的抗冲击损伤特性。结果表明:相同冲击荷载作用下,混凝土表面抗塑性变形能力最强,砂浆和水泥石较弱,三种试样表面弹性特征依次表现为混凝土试样>砂浆试样>水泥石试样;三种试样在冲击荷载作用下的冲击压痕值均较为离散,且冲击压痕值随冲击荷载值的增加整体上均呈先快速增长后趋于平缓的增长趋势;混凝土和砂浆试样压痕损伤区内部产生许多了径向微裂纹,属于延性破坏,水泥石试样压痕损伤区产生同心不同半径的环向裂纹,属于脆性破坏。研究成果将为风沙环境下水泥基材料的耐久性研究提供依据。The infrastructure(such as road and bridge)has seriously effect on its duration and safety due to suffered impact abrasion from wind-blown sand particles in a long time in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia.So taken a vertical impact damage experiment about different cement-based materials by sphere impact method and analyzed the characteristics of impact damage about the different cement-based materials,the results indicate that the plastic deformation resistance of the concrete surface is the strongest,the mortar and cement are weak under the same impact load.At the same time,the three kinds of specimens surface elastic characteristics,concrete specimensmortar specimenscement samples.The impact indentation values of the three specimens are relatively discrete,there are generated a lot of radial micro cracks in the concrete and inner the area of mortar samples indentation damage which belong to ductile failure.The cement indentation damage area engendered concentric radius circumferential cracks,it belong to brittle failure.The fruits of research will provide a basis for the study of the durability of cement-based materials in wind-blown sand environment.
