摘  要:研究了早期受冻环境下不同掺量的松香酸钠作为引气剂对水泥基材料的力学性能及微观结构的影响。试验结果表明,当早期受冻制度为标准环境下养护2 h后置于-15℃环境中受冻10 h后再标养至3 d时,松香酸钠对单掺硅灰以及粉煤灰和硅粉复掺的试件的早期抗冻性有明显的提高,当松香酸钠掺量为0.005 6%时,单掺和复掺试样冻后的强度均可以达到同配合比试件标准养护时3 d强度的87%以上;松香酸钠中的Na^+与复合外加剂中的SO_4^(2-)激发粉煤灰,促进水化凝胶的生成,同时改善孔结构分布;松香酸钠作为引气剂引入的微孔可降低水泥基材料的孔隙率,同时降低最可几孔径,提高无害孔占比例,降低有害孔比例,增加对抵抗早期冻胀应力有利的无害孔含量,细化孔径,提高水泥基材料的早期抗冻性。The effects of different dosage of rosin sodium on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cement based materials were studied.The experimental results show that when the early cold system as the standard environment maintenance after 2 h at 15 ℃cold in the environment standard to raise again after 10 h to 3 d,the early frost resistance ofthe specimens rosin acid sodium of single mixed with silica fume and fly ash and silicon powder increase obviously,when the rosin acid sodium content was 0.005 6%,the strength of the single admixture and mixed with the ratio of specimen after frozen can be achieved more than 87% of the standard curing strength of 3 d.The Na~+ and SO_4^(2-)induced fly ash in the sodium rosin sodium,promote the formation of hydration gel,and improve the distribution of pore structure.Rosin acid sodium as air-entraining agent,the micro hole imported can reduce the porosity of cement base material,and reduce the most probable apertureat the same time,improve harmless hole ratio,reduce harmful pore ratio,increase the resistance of early frost heaving stress beneficial harmless hole content,refine pore size and increase the early frost resistance of cement base material.
