摘 要:研究了钼尾矿砂替代天然砂对水泥砂浆物理力学性能的影响,并通过微观结构分析石粉在砂浆中起的填充效应。研究结果表明,砂浆的用水量随钼尾矿砂掺量的增加而增加,抗压强度随掺量的增加呈现先增长后下降的趋势,说明存在最佳掺加比例。其最佳的钼尾矿砂比例为40%,细度模数调整为1.6。相对于不掺钼尾矿砂的砂浆,用水量增加了3.5%,28 d抗压强度增加了17.4%,孔体积最小,无害孔减少了9.5%,且砂浆性能优良。The effects of molybdenum tailings on the physical and mechanical properties of dry mortar were studied.And the filling effect of stone powder in mortar was analyzed by microstructure.The results show that the amount of water used in the mortar increases with the increase of the molybdenum tailings.The compressive strength increases with the increase of the content.And then shows the best proportion.Its best molybdenum tailings mixed with 40%,the fineness modulus adjusted to 1.6,relative to the molybdenum tailings without mortar,water consumption increased by 3.5%,28 days compressive strength increased by 17.4%,the smallest size,harmless hole reduced by 17.5%,and mortar performance.
