摘  要:某公司1.8 Mt/a加氢裂化装置已进入第二生产周期运行末期,在实际生产中发现循环氢压缩机出口至反应进料加热炉入口段管路压力降上升明显,可以确定此段管路的设备和阀门存在堵塞,已严重威胁到装置的安全运行。针对该项问题采取了对高压换热器出入口手阀进行蒸汽吹扫、副线控制阀反复开关和在线注水等处理措施,取得了一定的效果,装置得以继续正常运行。Pressure drop was found to be raised in the reaction system,i. e.,the inlet and the outlet of circulating hydrogen compressor,when the 1. 8 Mt/a hydrocracking unit entered into the end of second production cycle. Based on investigation,it was confirmed that the rise in pressure drop was caused by the blocking of pipeline between the inlet of circulating hydrogen compressor and the entrance of reaction feed furnace,which has been a serious threat to the safe operation. Several measures were taken to avoid unplanned shutdown and ensure the normal operation of the plant,such as steam blowing of hand valves at the inlet and outlet of high-pressure heat exchanger,repeated switch disturbance of auxiliary line control valve,online water injection,etc.
