摘　　要：延迟焦化装置在高温条件下加工含硫、含酸的重质油,装置的主要设备存在不同类型的腐蚀。该装置原料及产品都具有较强腐蚀性,在生产过程中会造成管线、设备及附属设施腐蚀破坏,降低或破坏设备功能,缩短设备使用寿命,导致系统管线、设备等腐蚀泄漏,引发火灾等安全事故。通过建立防腐蚀体系,明确了装置易发生腐蚀的部位;采取了工艺防腐蚀措施,检测与防腐蚀措施相结合,提高防腐蚀工作的成效,延长了设备运行周期。The characteristics of delayed coking unit is to manufacture heavy oil containing sulfur,acid and impurities with high content under high temperature,which led to different types of corrosion in the main equipment. Raw materials and products in the delayed coking device are corrosive,which can cause corrosion damage to the pipeline and ancillary facilities and thus reduce or destroy the equipment function. Through the establishment of anticorrosion system,the parts which are prone to corrosion can be made clear. The efficiency of corrosion protection can be improved with the corrosion prevention technology,which can prolong the running cycle of the equipment.
