摘  要:针对A炼油厂连续重整装置预加氢进料换热器E-2101A腐蚀泄漏以及腐蚀失效状况,进行了检查及腐蚀分析。分析结果表明:换热管外壁晶粒小,中间部分晶粒大;换热管由外壁开始发生点蚀最终穿孔。金相分析显示,腐蚀部位属于晶间型腐蚀。由于反应进料中含有氯及氮元素,随反应流程形成氯化铵,当流体温度低时,铵盐析出产生沉积,铵盐吸水后形成酸性腐蚀环境是造成换热管腐蚀穿孔泄漏的主要原因。应加强工艺检测,严格控制反应进料中的硫、氯和氮含量以减少腐蚀介质的产生;改善注水工艺以减少铵盐结晶的生成,保证装置的长周期安全运行。Inspection and corrosion analysis were carried out for corrosion leakage of the prehydrogenated feed heat exchanger E-2101 A for continuous reformer. The results showed that grain on the outer wall of heat exchanger was small,while grain in the middle part was large. Heat exchange tube was finally perforated by the pitting on the outer wall. The metallographic analysis showed that the corrosion site belonged to intergranular corrosion. The main reason for corrosion perforation leakage was that acidic corrosive environment was formed due to the existence of ammonium chloride. The process inspection should be strengthened and sulfur,chlorine and nitrogen in the reacting feed should be strictly controlled in order to reduce the production of the corrosive medium. Water injection can be improved to reduce the formation of ammonium chloride and hence ensure the long stable operation of the device.
