摘　　要：介绍了中厚板倍尺坯全纵轧生产工艺的设计思路,通过对生产过程中设备、工艺等参数的分析,为中厚板的坯型拓展、产能提高奠定了基础,达到了低成本高效益的目的。This paper introduced the design idea of the production process of full longitudinal rolling of double length billet for medium and thick plate production line.Through the analysis and summary of the equipment and process parameters in the production process, it lays the foundation for the expansion of the slab and the improvement of the production capacity, and has achieved the purpose of low cost and high efficiency.
