摘  要:针对脉冲功率放大器对脉宽和占空比的测量需求,文中提出一种新的关于脉冲脉宽和占空比的测量方法。利用单片机C8051F121数字外设PCA采集和记录脉冲上升沿和下降沿到来的时间,经过计算获得当前脉冲的脉宽和占空比。试验数据说明该方法能够测量的最小脉冲周期为1μs,最小脉宽为400 ns。利用该方法进行测量误差小、成本低、结果可靠,且方便灵活,易于实现。Aiming at the measurement requirements of pulse power amplifier for pulse width and duty cycle,a new measurement method of pulse width and duty cycle was proposed in this paper. Recorded pulse rising and falling edge of the arrival time with the usage of single-chip C8051F121 digital peripheral PCA and calculated the pulse width and duty cycle of current pulse. The experimental data showed that the minimum pulse period was 1 μs and the minimum pulse width was 400 ns. This method had the advantage of low measurement error,low cost,reliability,convenience,flexibility and easy realization.
