摘　　要：国际篮联最新带球走规则的修改,主要是行进间接球确认中枢脚.分析新旧规则的不同,指明合法技术动作,可为运动员、教练员和裁判员提供帮助.The most important modification for the latest FIBA Travel Rule is that confirming apivot foot by receiving the ball on the move makes some technical movements legal.This paper mainly analyzes the difference between old and new rules,specifies legal technical movements which may provide beneficial reference for athletes,coaches and referees.
