摘 要:对LD双端泵浦激光器的工作特点进行研究,以方形晶体为固体激光器的研究模型,并结合热容激光器的管理形式,将激光器工作阶段分为泵浦阶段和冷却阶段,并且建立相对应的热模型。根据热传导方程与边界条件进行求解,得到LD双端泵浦与冷却阶段的温度场表达式,并分析了不同的光斑半径、泵浦时间对晶体温度场的影响。计算结果表明:当泵浦功率为60 W、光斑半径为800μm、超高斯阶次为3的激光二极管对晶体进行泵浦时,该晶体在泵浦端面获得的最大温升为201.30℃。该激光晶体的尺寸为20 mm×20 mm×10 mm,Nd∶YAG晶体对射入的泵浦光的吸收系数是910 m-1,掺钕离子为1.0%。研究结果对LD泵浦固体激光器的结构优化设计和实验研究提供了一定的理论指导意义。The work characteristics of LD double-end-pumped laser are studied. Taking the rectangle crystal as the research model of solid-state lasers,and combining the management mode of the heat capacity laser,the working stage of the laser is divided into the pumping phase and the cooling phase,then the corresponding thermal models are set up. According to the equation of heat conduction and boundary conditions,the equation is solved,and the temperature field expressions of the pump phase and the cooling phase are gotten. The influence of the different spot radiuses and pumping time on the crystal temperature field is analyzed. The calculating results show that when LD with the pump power of 60 W,the super-Gaussian radius of 800 μm,and the super-Gaussian order of 3 pumps the crystal,the maximum temperature rise of the crystal is 201. 30 ℃ at the pump end. The rectangle laser crystal has a size of 20 mm × 20 mm × 10 mm,and an absorption coefficient of 910 m^-1 for pump light,and its neodymium-doped ion is 1. 0 at%. The calculated results are helpful for the optimization design and experimental study of LD pumped solid-state lasers.
