摘 要:报道了一种获得紧凑型高重频、高功率2.06μm激光输出的实验方案并对泵浦过程中脉冲波形稳定性变化进行了简要理论分析。采用794 nm光纤耦合输出Tm∶YAP晶体得到68 W 1.94μm激光器,其输出激光经光束整形后泵浦Ho∶YLF晶体,并采用声光调Q方式,最终实现平均功率35 W,重频10~15 k Hz可调,脉冲波长2.06μm的激光输出。1.94μm、2.06μm谐振腔长度分别为66 mm和90 mm,激光二极管、激光晶体及声光Q开关工作在30℃水冷的条件下。方案结构紧凑,热稳定性强,可作为中长波红外光参量激光器小型化有效的泵浦源。An experimental approach to get a compact high-repetition and high-power 2. 06 μm laser is reported.In the experiment,the changing of waveform stability during pump process is analysed theoretically. Two fiber-coupled LDs are used to pump the Tm ∶ YAP crystal to get 1. 94 μm get laser with output power up to 68 W. Through a lens,the laser is focused to pump the Ho ∶ YLF crystal to obtain laser. The maximum average power of the laser is 35 W and the pulse duration is 32 ns at the frequency of 15 k Hz. The total lengths of the cavities of Tm ∶ YAP and Ho∶ YLF are 66 mm and 90 mm,respectively. The system runs in room temperature. The compact high-repetition and high-power laser has potential application in many fields,especially as an effective pump source in middle and far-infrared optical parameter oscillator.
