摘　　要：目的探讨King互动达标护理对手术后出院留置双J管患者的管理效果。方法选取2014年3月至2017年3月在我院收治的278例留置双J管患者,按照随机数表法将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上应用King互动达标护理干预。干预后1个月,采用WHO QOL-100量表和健康自我管理能力测评量表对两组患者的生活质量和自我管理能力水平进行评分比较;统计两组患者并发症发生情况。结果对照组患者自我管理行为评分、自我管理认知评分、自我管理环境评分明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者尿路刺激、血尿、尿路感染、双J管结石、双J管移位低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 King互动达标护理能够有效缓解手术后出院留置双J管患者的疼痛情况,改善生活质量,降低术后并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the management effect of King＇s interactive standard nursing on patients with double J tube catheterization after discharge. Methods To select 278 cases of patients with double J tube catheterization treated in out hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 as research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group equally according to the random number table method. The control group took conventional nursing interventions,while the observation group applied King＇s interactive standard nursing intervention on this basis. One month after the intervention,the quality of life and self-management ability of the two groups were compared using the WHO QOL-100 scale and the health self-management ability scale. The complications of the two groups were calculated. Results Self-management behavioral scores,self-management cognitive scores,and self-management environment scores in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Urinary tract irritation,hematuria,urinary tract infections,double J tube stones,and double J tube shift in the observation group were lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion King＇s interacting standardized nursing can effectively relieve the pain of discharged double J tube catheterized patients after surgery. In addition,it can improve the quality of life,and reduce postoperative complications.
