自体富血小板凝胶联合持续封闭式负压引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自体富血小板凝胶联合持续封闭式负压引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法选择我院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的糖尿病足溃疡患者58例,将其随机分为对照组30例和研究组28例,对照组患者接受常规治疗;研究组患者接受自体富血小板凝胶联合持续封闭式负压引流治疗。比较两组患者临床指标、生化指标、临床疗效。结果研究组患者住院时间、溃疡愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者FPG、HbAc、HOMA-IR水平低于对照组(P<0.05),Fins、TC水平高于对照组(P<0.05),临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体富血小板凝胶联合持续封闭式负压引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡,能显著缩短糖尿病足愈合时间,辅助临床治疗,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of autologous platelet-rich gel combined with continuous vacuum sealing drainage on diabetic foot ulcer. Methods To select patients of 58 examples with diabetic foot ulcers from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients and a study group of 28 patients. The control group was received conventional treatment,while the study group was received autologous platelet-rich gel combined with continuous vacuum sealing drainage therapy. The clinical indicators,biochemical indicators,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization time and ulcer healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The hospitalization cost was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The FPG,HbAc,and HOMA-IR levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The levels of Fins and TC were higher than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Autologous platelet-rich gel combined with continuous vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer can significantly shorten the healing time of diabetic foot,assist clinical treatment,and improve the therapeutic effect.
