基层护理人员对小创面湿性愈合理论的认知及应用现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查基层护理人员对小创面湿性愈合理论的认知及应用现状。方法将符合标准的佛山市高明区16所社区医院中护理人员418名作为研究对象,共发放问卷418份,回收有效问卷407份,针对所属医院、现任科室、职称等基础资料予以收集,并对湿性愈合理论相关知识的熟识程度及应用情况予以调查。结果不同学历的护理人员对小创面湿性愈合理论认知及应用情况经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同职称、工作年限的护理人员对小创面湿性愈合理论认知及应用情况比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论佛山市高明区基层护理人员小创面湿性愈合理论的认知及应用甚少,并不是十分了解如何应用湿性愈合处理伤口,应及时积极推广伤口湿性愈合理论教学,提升基层医院护理人员湿性愈合理论应用新理念,增强临床护理人员重视对小创面的处理意识。Objective Investigation on cognition status of primary nursing staff toward theory of small wound moist healing and its application status.Methods To select qualified nurses of 418 examples from 16 community hospitals in Gaoming district of Foshan city as study subjects,and a total of 418 questionnaires were distributed and 407 valid questionnaires were collected. Basic data such as the hospitals,current departments,and professional titles were collected,and the degree of knowledge and application of relevant knowledge about theory of small wound moist healing was investigated. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the theoretical knowledge and application of small wound moist healing theory among nurses with different educational backgrounds（ P〉0.05）. Nursing personnel with different professional titles and working years had statistical significance in the theoretical knowledge and application of small wound moist healing theory（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nurses in Gaoming district of Foshan city has little cognition and application about the theory of small wound moist healing. They didn＇t fully understand how to treat wounds with moist healing. It should actively promote the teaching of wound moist healing theory and improve nursing staff＇s new application ideas of wound moist healing theory in primary hospitals. In addition,it should enhance the awareness of clinical nurses in handling small wounds.
