摘　　要：寰枢椎疾患发病率呈逐年上升趋势,寰枢椎固定融合术是治疗寰枢椎疾患的主要方法。与下颈椎不同,寰枢椎融合器目前在临床上尚未获得广泛应用。本文总结目前常用的寰枢椎前路和后路内固定技术,介绍寰枢椎植骨融合方式,对寰枢椎前路及后路融合器的研究进展进行综述,为寰枢椎手术技术的进一步临床应用提供参考。Nowadays the incidence of atlantoaxial disorders gradually increases, which could be treated by atlantoaxial fixation and fusion as a main method. Different from the lower cervical spine, the cage for atlantoaxial fusion has not yet been widely used clinically. In this paper, common atlantoaxial anteroposterior fixation techniques are summarized, methods of bone graft and fusion are introduced, and the research progress of anterior and posterior fusion cage at C1/C2 is reviewed in order to provide references for the further clinical application of atlantoaxial surgical technique.
