摘  要:分光光度技术是一种重要的常规的分析技术和手段。本文从分光光度技术的原理及应用两大方面进行详细阐述。由于该项技术具有应用范围广、灵敏度较高、选择性好、准确度高、分析成本低以及操作简便和快速等优点,所以广泛应用在生物化学检验、药物检测和分析、食品分析和检测以及环保监测等各个领域中,尤其是临床生物化学检验工作顺利进行的技术保障,也是做好各个领域检测工作的重要基础。Spectrophotometry is an important conventional analytical technique and means. The principle and application of spectrophotometric technology were described in detail. The technology had the advantages of wide application range,high sensitivity,high selectivity,high accuracy,low analysis cost,easy operation and quick operation,so it was widely used in various fields of biochemistry test,drug detection and analysis,food analysis and testing,and environmental monitoring,especially the technical guarantee of clinical biochemistry test,and was also an important basis for testing work in various fields.
