摘 要:吸附法被广泛应用于挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的污染排放控制研究。本文采用热重分析仪测定了四种超高交联树脂上甲苯、正己烷、环戊烷的变温脱附和恒温脱附的脱附动力学曲线,比较了不同孔结构对树脂脱附动力学特性的影响。实验发现,无论对于哪种VOCs,中孔含量越多脱附时间越短,且脱附越完全。对于沸点越低的VOCs,越容易在较低温度下脱附。随着相对分压的增大,吸附量的增大,四种超高交联树脂对三种VOCs的脱附速率均增大。Adsorption method has been widely used in the study of the pollution control of volatile organic compounds( VOCs). The desorption kinetics curves of toluene,n-hexane and cyclopentane were measured by thermogravimetric analyzer on constant temperature and increasing temperature. The effects of resins which had different pore structures on desorption kinetics were compared. It was found that no matter for which VOCs,hypercrosslinked resin with more mesopore were more beneficial to desorb. The lower boiling point the adsorbate,the easier the resins degenerate at lower temperature. With the increase of the relative partial pressure,the adsorption capacity increased and the desorption rate of three kinds of VOCs on the four hypercrosslinked resins increased.
