摘　　要：为保证海管安全运行,输量需同时满足热力条件允许最小输量、管道特性允许最小输量和避免沙沉积最小输量的要求。In order to ensure the safe operation of the subsea pipeline, the requirement of quantity should meet the allowed minimum through-put ofthermal condition, the pipeline characteristics and avoid sand setting.
