摘　　要：介绍一种小型周界监视雷达系统中应用的Ku波段宽带、低相噪频率合成器的设计方法。通过3种合成方案的对比,分析论证了基于三级锁相环组合直接合成电路实现方案的优势所在以及合成器的整体性能水平情况,并给出了最终研制结果。A Ku-band wideband low phase noise frequency synthesizer in a small area supervision radar system is introduced. By comparing the differences among the three methods,the overall performance of the synthesizer and the advantages of the realization scheme are analyzed and demonstrated based on three PLLs with the direct synthesis circuits,and the final development results are also given.
