摘 要:现代雷达发展至今,其内部器件数量及热耗进一步增加,液冷系统的运用也越来越广泛,对液冷系统的性能要求也越来越高。作为液冷系统的核心部件,二次冷却装置的可靠性设计及评估也显得尤为重要。详细阐述了二次冷却装置的工作原理和组成,在此基础上建立了二次冷却装置中的可靠性框图和数学模型,并根据模型进行了可靠性计算,给出了可靠性仿真曲线和分析结果,最后提出了二次冷却装置可靠性设计的具体措施。With the development of modern radars,the number of internal components along with heat consumption has increased further,and the liquid cooling systems have been widely used. The performance requirements for liquid cooling systems are also increasing. The secondary cooling device is the core component of the liquid cooling system,and its reliability design and evaluation are particularly important. The working principle and composition of the secondary cooling device are elaborated. On this basis,the reliability block diagram and mathematical model in the secondary cooling device are established,and the reliability calculation is performed according to the model.The reliability simulation curve and analysis results are presented. Finally,the specific measures for the reliability design of the secondary cooling device are proposed.
