摘　　要：为提升消防管理部门对消防隐患举报、排查、跟踪、整改等全过程的信息化管理水平,增强全社会的消防预防意识和隐患处置能力,利用手机移动终端、网络服务平台设计并实现了消防隐患举报服务平台,以辅助各级消防管理部门对辖区内消防隐患的管理。举报人发现消防隐患后,可利用手机进行APP实时举报;消防管理部门在服务平台上接收到举报后进行核实,并将隐患整改建议推送到被举报单位消防责任人的手机APP上;消防责任人接收到整改建议后组织整改,并将整改结果通过手机APP上报服务平台。实际应用测试结果表明,该服务平台的引入为消防管理部门、社区、企事业单位、社会人员等全员参与消防预防行动提供了一个方便、快捷的信息处理平台。In order to raise the information management level of fire management departments in fire hazard reporting,investigation,tracking,rectification and so on the whole process of and the enhance the fire prevention consciousness and disposal ability of the whole society,a mobile phone hidden end reporting service platform is designed and implemented.After finding fire hazards,informants use mobile phone APP to give a real-time reporting,and fire management departments in the service platform will receive reports after verification;then the hidden danger rectification proposal is pushed to the mobile phone APP of the person responsbile for five protection.After receiving the rectification suggestion,the fire controller must give a mod,and the rectification results will be reported to the service platform through mobile phone APP.Actual Proctrical application test shows：the introduction of the service platform provides a convenient and quick information processing platform for fire management departments,communities,enterprises,institutions and social personnel to participate in fire prevention.
