摘  要:目的了解湘潭市社区居民急救知识普及现状,研究急救知识普及的社会意义与价值。方法采用系统随机抽样法对湘潭市1 630位居民进行问卷调查。现场进行急救知识普及、培训。结果培训前,自救、急救知识、技能普及培训需求意愿较强,高学历人群互救意愿较文化教育水平低的人群低。培训后,所有参与培训的居民自救互救意愿均明显提高。培训前高学历、经济条件较好的人群对急救常识了解程度较高。结论社区居民对急救知识、技能普及需求意愿强。急救知识、技能有助于提高突发疾病患者的抢救成功率。建议通过电视、网络等媒体加强急救知识、技能普及宣传,提高社区居民急救知识知晓率及急救技能。Objective To understand current level of first-aid knowledge and skills among the residents in Xiangtan, and to study the social significance and value of popularizing first-aid knowledge. Methods A total of 1 630 residents in xiangtan city were randomly surveyed by filling out a questionnaire. To popularize first-aid knowledge and train first-aid skill in the scene. Results Before trained,it was greater desire to obtain self-help, popularized first-aid knowledge and trained first-aid skills. But the higher educated people was less likely to give a hand than the low educated people. After trained, all the trained people was more likely to give a hand for each other. Before trained, the people with higher education and better economic conditions knew more about firstaid knowledge. Conclusion The community residents had a strong desire for first-aid knowledge and skills. First-aid knowledge and skills help to improve the success rate of emergency patients. We should recommend to improve resident awareness rate on first-aid knowledge and first-aid skill through television, the Internet and other media to reinforce propaganda.
