稳心颗粒治疗老年心律失常临床观察及其优势探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中成药稳心颗粒对老年心律失常患者不同类型早搏的临床疗效及在治疗老年人心律失常中优势。方法将80例老年心律失常患者随机分成对照组和试验组,两组患者均接受胺碘酮的常规治疗,试验组在常规疗法上加用稳心颗粒,观察治疗前后两组早搏的变化情况。结果治疗4周后,试验组与对照组比较,室性早搏、房性早搏、交接性早搏均明显减少(P<0.05),且试验组显效率与总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒对不同类型早搏均有疗效,安全可靠,不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese traditional medicine Wenxin Keli on different types of premature beat in elderly patients with arrhythmia. Methods 80 elderly patients over 60 years old with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The two groups were treated with amiodarone, while the experimental group were added with Wenxinkeli.The changes of the premature beat in the two groups were observed before and after 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks, the ventricular premature beat, atrial premature beat and junctional premature beat of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the effective rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin Keli has curative effect on different types of premature beat. It is safe and reliable for the elderly patients with arrhythmia with less adverse reactions.
