基于校园文化品牌建设的协同育人机制研究

摘　　要：独立学院普遍存在校园文化底蕴不足,优质教学资源缺乏、分散等问题。近年来,中山大学新华学院以促进学院内涵式发展、提升人才培养质量为目标,以独具特色的"中大新华讲坛"为平台,打造独立学院校园文化品牌,营造有利于协同创新的育人环境,并通过整合平台资源,把社会各类优秀资源转化为人才培养资源,搭建起学校、家庭和社会协同育人的人才培养新机制,为独立学院创新人才培养模式提供了新的视角。Problems universally exist in independent colleges such as weak foundation of campus culture,lack and dispersion of excellent teaching resources and so on. In recent years,aimed at promoting the connotative development and talent cultivation quality,based on the distinctive platform of＂Lecture of Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University＂,Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University builds the campus culture brand,creates the environment favorable for coordinated talent cultivation and transforms various excellent resources in the society into talent cultivation resources by integrating the resources of the platform and establishes the school-family-society coordinated talent cultivation mechanism,providing a new perspective for the talent cultivation mode for independent colleges.
