上眼睑松弛修复手术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究上眼睑松弛修复手术的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年4月至2017年4月收治的46例上眼睑松弛的患者,共计79眼。对46例患者分别采用眉上缘切口去皮提眉术、眉下缘切口去皮术等,比较患者手术修复后的情况。结果 46例患者术后12小时内恢复自然重睑,术后感染率为0.1%,并发症发生率为0%,修复效果显著。治疗前后,13例患者眼睑下垂、视力障碍情况得到了显著的改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论采用提眉术、眉下缘切口去皮术等方法对患者上眼睑的修复效果显著,并且术后感染率与并发症发生率较低,值得应用与推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of relaxation surgery on upper lids. Methods Forty-six patients with upper eyelid laxity, totaling 79 eyes, were selected from April 2014 to April 2017 in our hospital. Forty-six patients were treated with an upper eyebrow incision, an eyebrow lifter, and an eyebrow margin incision, respectively. The patients were compared after surgery. Results46 patients recovered natural weight within 12 hours after operation. The postoperative infection rate was 0.1% and the complication rate was 0%. The repair effect was significant. Before and after treatment, ptosis and visual impairment were significantly improved in 13 patients（P〈 0.05）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of eyebrow lifter and eyebrow incision and skin peeling for the upper eyelid is effective in repairing the upper eyelid. The postoperative infection rate and the incidence of complications are lower, which is worthy of application and promotion.
