摘　　要：目的观察超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法 2017年4月--2018年2月期间,选择54例面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者,采取数字抽签的方式进行分组,单号设为对照组,双号设为实验组,各有27例。对照组采用优化脉冲技术,实验组采用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗,观察临床疗效。结果数据显示,实验组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为77.8%(P<0.05);统计不良反应,实验组发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕,疗效显著,但不良反应多,需引起重视。Objective To observe the clinical effect of super pulsed CO2 dot laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scars after facial burn. Methods During the period of April 2017-2018 February, 54 patients with hypertrophic scar after facial burn were selected to be grouped by digital drawing. The single number was set as the control group, and the double number was set as the experimental group, each with 27 cases. The control group was treated with optimized pulse technique. The experimental group was treated with super pulse CO2 dot laser, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The data showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%, the control group was 77.8%（P 〈0.05）, and the adverse reaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Super pulse CO2 dot laser is effective in treating hypertrophic scars after facial burn, but there are many adverse reactions.
