摘 要:目的探讨苯巴比妥在重度新生儿窒息中的应用效果,给临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2016年1月—2017年9月医院收治90例重度新生儿窒息患者作为此次研究对象,将入选患者随机均分为两组,每组各45例患者。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予苯巴比妥进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者呼吸恢复时间、肌张力恢复、拥抱反射恢复时间短;临床疗效高,且组间各指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重度新生儿窒息中应用苯巴比妥进行治疗,取得较好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of phenobarbital in severe neonatal asphyxia, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods From January 2016 to September 2017, 90 patients with severe neonatal asphyxia were selected as the research objects. The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment. Patients in the study group, on the basis of the control group, were treated with phenobarbital. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery time of respiratory recovery, the recovery of muscle tension and the recovery time of cudgel reflex were shorter in the study group. The clinical efficacy was high, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of severe neonatal asphyxia with phenobarbital, the clinical effect is better.
