注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体抗体融合蛋白、柳氮磺吡啶和功能锻炼治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体抗体融合蛋白、柳氮磺吡啶和功能锻炼治强直性脊柱炎效果分析。方法选取我院收治的100例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象。按照就诊时间单双月,将其划分为对照组与研究组。对照组采用注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体抗体融合蛋白、柳氮磺吡啶治疗;研究组在此基础上,联合功能锻炼治疗。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血沉(19.88±4.28)mm/h、CRP(4.29±0.95)mg/L、TNF-α(102.20±26.25)pg/L均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎应用注射用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体抗体融合蛋白、柳氮磺吡啶和功能锻炼治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of injection of recombinant human type Ⅱ tumor necrosis factor receptor antibody fusion protein, sulfasalazine and functional exercise on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and research group according to the treatment time. The control group was treated with injection of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor antibody fusion protein and sulfasalazine. On the basis of the study group, combined functional exercise therapy. Results The total effective rate of the study group（94.00%） was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the study group（19.88±4.28） mm/h, CRP（4.29±0.95） mg/L, TNF-a（102.20±26.25） pg/L were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Injection of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor antibody fusion protein, sulfasalazine and functional exercise therapy are effective in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
