摘 要:目的评判口腔正畸患者心理特征、护理体会。方法选取我院2016年10月—2017年10月所撷取151例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象。所有口腔正畸患者均接受心理护理干预。结果护理后,口腔正畸患者不良心理均得以显著缓解,可积极配合医护人员开展各项临床工作,并且正畸的效果较佳。护理前、后,护理满意度情况比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸患者均存在一定的心理问题,实施心理护理干预,能构建良好的护患关系、医患关系,降低医疗纠纷率,确保口腔正畸的效果。Objective To evaluate the psychological characteristics and nursing experience of orthodontic patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 151 orthodontic patients in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 was conducted. All the orthodontic patients received psychological nursing intervention. Results After nursing, the bad psychology of the orthodontic patients can be relieved significantly. It can actively cooperate with the medical staff to carry out various clinical work, and the effect of orthodontics was better. Before and after nursing, the difference of nursing satisfaction was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion There are certain psychological problems in the orthodontic patients. Psychological nursing intervention can build a good relationship between patients and patients, and to reduce the rate of medical disputes and ensure the effect of orthodontic.
