摘  要:采用C18固相萃取柱过滤50%蝇毒磷可湿性粉剂中各种辅料带入的不易分离的杂质,气相色谱法测定蝇毒磷的含量。固定液为5%SE-30,载体为硅烷化101白色担体[60~80目],检测器为氢焰离子检测器。蝇毒磷含量测定结果与投料理论值相对偏差范围为0~0.4%,平均偏差为+0.16%。该方法可排除辅料中杂质对分离测定带来的影响,是蝇毒磷可湿性粉含量测定的理想检测方法。C18 solid phase extraction column was adopted to filtrate impurities which are not easily separated from various excipients in 50% Coumaphos wettable powder(WP),and the content of Coumaphos was determined by gas chromatography. The fixed solution is 5% SE-30,and the carrier is silane 101 white support[60 to 80 mesh]. The detector is hydrogen flame ionization detector. The relative deviation between the determined datafor WP and the calculated theoretical value for feed is 0 ~ 0. 4%,with an average of 0. 16%. This method can be used to eliminate the influence of impurities in the excipients upon the separation and determination,which suggests it be an ideal method for the determination of 50% Coumaphos WP.
