家庭中心式护理对儿童先天性心脏病运用效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：[目的]评价家庭中心式护理在儿童先天性心脏病的运用效果。[方法]计算机检索Pubmed、CNKI、万方、维普等数据库,检索儿童先天性心脏病家庭中心式护理的文献,文献起止时间自建库至2017年8月。运用RevMan5.3软件对文献进行统计分析。[结果]共纳入9篇文献,共包括657例接受先天性心脏病治疗的病人,其中家庭中心式护理观察组包括328例,常规护理组包括329例。Meta分析结果表明:与常规护理组相比,采取家庭中心式护理能够减轻患儿家属焦虑程度[MD=-9.95,95%CI(-14.91～-5.00),P<0.000 1]、提高对护理服务的满意度[MD=1.49,95%CI(1.24～1.74),P<0.000 01]及缩短患儿术后住院时间[MD=-8.08,95%CI(-10.22～-5.94),P<0.000 01]。[结论]家庭中心式护理更能提高患儿家属对疾病知识的掌握及对护理的满意度,减轻患儿家属焦虑,同时能缩短患儿住院时间。Objective：to evaluate the effect of family-centered nursing in children with congenital heart disease.Methods：Literature of home-centered nursing for children with congenital heart disease was retrieved from PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP from construction to August 2017.Literature was statistically analyzed by RevMan5.3 software.Results：A total of 9 pieces of literature were included,involving 657 patients received treatment for congenital heart disease,in which 328 patients in the family-centered nursing observation group and 329 patients in the conventional nursing group.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the routine nursing,home-centered nursing could reduce the anxiety level of children＇s family members（MD=9.95,95%CI14.91～5.00,P〈0.000 1）,improve the nursing service satisfaction（MD=1.49,95%CI1.24 ～ 1.49,P〈0.000）,and shorten the postoperative hospital stays（MD = 8.08,95%CI 10.22 ～5.94,P〈0.000 01）.Conclusions：Home-centered nursing could improve the families＇ knowledge of the disease and their satisfaction with nursing,reduce their anxiety,and shorten the hospital stays.
