康惠尔透明贴运用于永久起搏器植入术后切口换药的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨康惠尔透明贴在永久起搏器植入术后切口中换药的效果。[方法]选择符合纳入标准的行永久性起搏器病人60例,将所有病人随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统的纱布换药法,观察组采用康慧尔透明贴换药法,观察两组病人换药的时间、频次、胶布过敏并发症、愈合天数、病人舒适度、医护满意度评价的比较。[结果]观察组在病人换药的时间、频次、胶布过敏并发症、愈合天数、病人舒适度、医护满意度评价均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]康惠尔透明贴运用到永久起搏器植入术后切口中,方法简单易行、安全有效,减少了各种并发症的发生,提高了病人舒适度,易于伤口的愈合,提高了医患的满意度。Objective：to explore the effect of Comfeel plus transparent dressing for incisional dressing change after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods：A total of 60 patients with permanent pacemaker were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group received the traditional gauze dressing method,and the observation group received the Comfeel plus transparent dressing method.Observe and compare the incisional dressing change time,frequency,dressing allergy complications,healing days,patients＇ comfort,and nursing satisfaction evaluation of the two groups.Results：the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the time,frequency,dressing allergy complications,healing days,patients＇ comfort,and medical satisfaction（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Applied Comfeel plus transparent dressing for incisional dressing change after permanent pacemaker implantation was simple,safe and effective,which could reduce the various complications,improve patients＇ comfort,be good for wound healing,and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
