摘  要:针对本公司三螺杆泵系列产品在运输时,例如沥青,高温油液等高温介质时,衬套随着工作时间的增长容易发生变形甚至破坏的问题,通过实验及仿真模拟的方法,确定了衬套材料高温蠕变的参数,推导了其相应的高温蠕变本构方程,改进了衬套的结构,为解决三螺杆运输高温液体的问题奠定了一定基础。In view of the problem that the three screw pump series products of our company are prone to deformation and even damage when transporting high temperature medium such as asphalt,high temperature oil and so on,the number of high temperature creep of bushing material is determined by the method of experiment and simulation,and the corresponding high temperature creep is summed up. The structure equation improved the structure of the bushing,and laid a foundation for solving the problem of three screw transportation of high temperature liquid.
