摘　　要：介绍了混凝土管桩生产的工况特点,论述该起重机配置防倾斜摆臂的必要性和传统摆臂结构的设计缺陷,创新设计双向铰接式防倾斜摆臂,满足混凝土管桩生产对起重机的实际需要。This paper introduces the working condition characteristics of the concrete pipe pile production,discusses the necessity of the anti tilt swing arm of the crane and the design defects of the traditional swinging arm structure,and innovating the design of the two-way articulated anti tilt pendulum arm to meet the practical needs of the concrete pipe pile production to the crane.
